mission is to provide you with the highest
quality therapy in a warm caring environment.
In order to schedule an evaluation, please
obtain a prescription from your primary care
doctor. Your doctor or you may then call to
schedule an initial appointment. You and
your therapist will develop goals and a
treatment plan following the evaluation.
Injury clinic is available weekdays with check
in starting at 7:30am
Hendersonville Sports Medicine is a service
of Park Ridge Health. We accept virtually all
types of insurance as well as Medicare and
Medicaid and will gladly file all your
paperwork for you.
