obtain a prescription from your primary
care doctor. Your doctor or you may then
call to schedule an initial appointment.
You and your therapist will develop goals
and a treatment plan following the
evaluation.

virtually all types of insurance as well as
Medicare and Medicaid and will gladly file
all your paperwork for you.
